2025-06-19

On the morning of June 9th, a delegation of seven people from the Namibian Embassy, led by CEO Dr. Nangula Uaandja, visited ZMEV LIMITED to conduct an exchange of visits. ZMEV Chairman Li Xuwei warmly welcomed the company's senior management and accompanied the delegation to participate in the follow-up seminar and negotiate cooperation.

At the symposium, ZMEV Vice President Hu Ming Yong detailed the overall situation of the company, highlighting the new Z6, which is designed specifically for the African market. This car is about to make its spectacular debut at the Central African Economic and Trade Fair. It has carried out in-depth research and development for the complex and changing road conditions in Africa, from chassis strengthening, improving the clearance from the ground to reducing the applicability allocation, each design is precisely suited to the African market's demand for cars that are cost-effective and durable, demonstrating ZMEV's importance and intention for the African market.

Subsequently, Dr. Nangula Uaandja introduced the many advantages of Namibia, including stable electricity and energy supply, superior geographical location and having its own port. She sincerely hoped to praise the company for considering investing in a factory in Namibia, which would not only boost the development of the automotive industry in Namibia, but also create a lot of jobs and win-win opportunities for the region.

ZMEV Chairman Li Xiuwei responded that the lack of local industrial workers is a major difficulty facing investment in plant construction. However, he stressed that the company has been focusing on finding B-end partners and carrying out precise adaptability modifications and development for the local market. The company will develop practical solutions tailored to the local situation to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

In addition, the two sides also conducted in-depth discussions on the Namibian government’s policies, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. The exchange of visits built a bridge for communication and cooperation between Namibia and ZMEV. In the future, the two sides are expected to deepen cooperation in the field of automotive manufacturing, make full use of their respective strengths, jointly explore the African market, inject new impetus into Namibia’s economic development, and add new highlights to ZMEV’s internationalization strategy, writing a new chapter of win-win cooperation.
